Quinoa has a high protein content as well as richness in terms of dietary fiber, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron. The protein content of the seed is higher than that of other cereals. Its amino acid balance is beneficial for the human diet.

Scientific name: Chenopodium quinoa.

Composition: 100% Quinoa, Selected and Classified Grains (Organic or Conventional).

Preservation method: Product with minimum humidity limits, which guarantees its preservation.

Storage conditions: Indoors, clean, dry and cool at room temperature (reference: 20ºC and 80% RH), away from allergenic products and free from infestation.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of production in our plant under the indicated storage conditions. 

Allergens: Does not contain allergens, ANNEX 4 (List of allergens according to Codex Alimentarius, list of allergens according to European Community).

Intended Use: Requires prior cooking, can be used as breakfast cereal, mixed with other grains; in the milling industry. It is also used as a base in porridges, soup, omelets, main dishes, drinks, desserts, in the preparation of energy bars; it can also be consumed in germinated form with previous disinfection of the sprouts. For its nutritional value it is ideal in the diet of babies, students, athletes, convalescents and the elderly.
