Pisco Santiago Queirolo Quebranta is Peru's flagship pisco made from quebranta grapes. It is characterized by its fruity aroma with subtle notes of raisins and almonds. It is clean and transparent with silver reflections. It leaves a constant taste on the palate. It is perfect to serve slightly chilled or in cocktails. It is available in 700 ml, 750 ml, 2 L, and 4 L bottles.
Traditional winemaking
Santiago Queirolo's quebranta grapes grow in the valleys of Cañete and Ica in Peru, once the harvest is finished these grapes are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures in order to obtain the best must which, distilled in Santiago Queirolo's traditional copper stills, result in a flavor appreciated by connoisseurs.
